RETURNS
Can I Return My Artwork?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Because original artwork is fragile, it must be carefully repacked—preferably using the original packaging—to ensure safe return shipping. The artwork must be sent back in the same condition in which it was delivered.
To start a return, please email hello@studiopaularose.com
Important Information
-
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
-
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
-
An unclaimed parcel does not qualify as an automatic return and does not entitle the buyer to a refund. All returns must be agreed upon in writing with Paula Rose Studio. Unclaimed shipments remain the buyer’s responsibility.
Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, the refund for the artwork will be processed within 14 days.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only if the artwork is in its original condition (unless it arrived damaged) and shows no signs of use or wear.
When repacking, please follow these guidelines:
-
Make sure the parcel is properly sealed and undamaged.
-
Avoid leaving empty space inside the box.
-
Use protective materials such as foam, styrofoam, or bubble wrap to cushion the artwork.
-
Use strong cardboard or similarly durable outer packaging so the parcel can withstand pressure, stacking, and impact during transit.
Before sending the return, please email clear photos of the artwork and the fully packed parcel to hello@studiopaularose.com This allows us to confirm the item’s condition and ensure the packaging is sufficiently secure.
If the artwork is damaged during return shipping due to not following the packaging instructions, Paula Rose Studio reserves the right to deduct repair costs from the refund amount, either partially or in full.
My Country Is Not Listed at Checkout
If your country does not appear as a shipping option, please email your full delivery address to hello@studiopaularose.com and I will confirm whether shipping can be arranged.
COMMISSIONED ART
Do You Accept Commissions?
Yes, I take on a limited number of commissioned works each year. Please contact hello@studiopaularose.com to discuss your concept and project details.
Are Commissioned Pieces the Same Price as Available Works?
No, commissioned artworks are priced slightly higher than ready-made pieces. Custom projects require additional time for planning, materials, creative development, and communication, which is reflected in the final price.
Commissioned pieces require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion—either before shipping or at collection.
